It's that time of year in the Northwest—the season between what I call "Mud" and "Dust." I refer to this period as "Mow," which usually marks the beginning of the "Left-Hand" corner's traffic issues. During this time, you'll encounter weekly festivals, campers and trailers, day-trippers, the generally lost, and, of course, road construction.
The seasons of Dark and Mud are not conducive to road construction, leaving the narrow window of Mow and Dust to address the lengthy list of road repairs and updates.
